Hi All,

I’m very excited to be elected President of the Mighty Warriors for 2026 and beyond. Before I go on I would like to thank Mark Barber for his past 5 years of dedication and commitment to the Warriors, not only as a president but the man behind the scenes doing whatever needed to be done for the club to run smoothly and efficiently! He will definitely not be lost to us with his experience and expertise in all facets of the club, we’re keeping him planted in various other roles for next season.

For myself, I would like to continue the hard work done by others in the past by growing this club into one that we can be proud to be associated with and to play for. My vision is for the Warriors to become a second family for us all, a social club that plays footy – the game we all love. A place we can keep fit all year round, be in contact with our team mates on a social level and ultimately play football for as long as our bodies allow us to.

Most of you all know that I am approachable on any matter or idea, this is “our” club and any suggestion to improve an area of the club will be welcomed and discussed in an open forum. Feel free to reach out anytime via phone, email, text, pm or a chat.

I look forward to 2026 with enormous optimism and having attended the Vic Metro AGM this week I can assure you all that the changes made to our divisions next year will make us more competitive. For now let’s work on bringing new or old players to our club over the next few months so we can build momentum.
