The teams are in for the final round of the season (bar the 55s whose last game is next Sunday).

The Over 35s is a squad with positions to be sorted ahead of Sunday. Great to see a full side and sadly this will be Junior’s last game for the club (for a while at least). With a young daughter and lots of commitments to juggle, Junior is going to take some time off footy. The tributes on the 35s chat group have said it all – various versions of great leader, great bloke, legend on and off the field – Junior, your contribution to the club as a player, captain and leader has been enormous, and we are lucky to have you. For those who can, get down to Elgar Park, Box Hill on Sunday to watch the game (starts at 2.45pm).

The 50s play before that at 12.45pm and are fielding a full side – congrats to Nick who makes his Warriors debut after starring on Monday nights. Remember for both games, wear white shorts!

The women also play at Elgar Park on Saturday morning, and though it is the final regular season game their training and games will continue with the womens finals. All the best to Reyzl on your recovery from shoulder surgery, look forward to seeing you back in action next season.
